Professional Bio

Aaron Patience is a senior leader in financial services with more than 30 years of experience driving growth, developing high-performing teams, and launching new business strategies. As Director of Financial Inclusion, he co-developed a new line of business designed to expand household growth and deepen deposit relationships through education, business partnerships, and market-focused execution. His work includes building budgets and KPIs, designing new hiring structures and job descriptions, developing incentive frameworks, and aligning field activity with operational risk and compliance standards.

Over his career, Aaron has held leadership roles at just three financial institutions, including most recently nearly two decades with one of the nation’s largest banks. At one point, he oversaw $7.5 billion in deposits across 145 branches and supported performance across more than 900 teammates in South Florida, a foundation that shaped his ability to lead forward-facing initiatives with both business discipline and community awareness.

In addition to his corporate work, Aaron is the founder of Patience Publishing House and the author of Leadership Impact, with two additional titles scheduled for release in 2026 and 2027 as part of a leadership series grounded in care, clarity, and execution. He also serves as Advising Principal Partner of Patience Purchasing Agency, a family-run purchasing and supply chain business for multi-national corporations in the Caribbean, founded and led by his wife Vanessa.

Aaron has served for more than a decade on the Board of Directors at Camillus House, one of Miami’s leading nonprofit organizations. He has also held advisory roles with the University of Miami Citizens Board, St. John Neumann Catholic School, and multiple internal councils focused on business development and strategic planning.
